I just wanted positive and negative responses because what works for one may not work for the other person and vice versa.

This is day 3 and yesterday the dr said to frequently rinse with plain saline spray. My nose seems to dry and crust up and it hurts more than it did the day after. Is this normal? How often did anyone else do this? I am going to call the office, but I just wanted some other’s opinions too.

On the back of the bottle it says not to use for more than 3 days. How long do I have to wait to use it again?

what can i do to open the sinus up?

I have had a sinus infection for over a year now, and have used saline solution( water with salt), antibiotics(took one pack but didnt work(this was after 8mths i had the infection)) and have taken nasonex, claritin rhinocort.
