After I use it my sinus feels worse than it did before, anyone know the reason why? and what is a good why to stop it?

that stupid b^tch sprayed nasal congestant into my throat a few minutes ago. it contains .05% oxymetazoline hydrochloride. i swallowed alot of it like maybe 4 or 5 mL. is it lethal?

My nose has been clogged for longer than i can remember. I’m 16.

On the bottle it said to take for less than 3 days and i’ve been taking it more than 3 days.

I use nasal spray to alleviate nasal congestion when I have a cold. What, if anything, can I do to prevent a runny nose after using nasal spray?

I used flonase nasal spray and was exposed to a very cold draft for a week in a hospital. now my sinuses in my forehead are dried out. the cilia are not working in my sinus passages. what can I do to make them work again. how do I moisten them.

Everyone says to use nasal sprays for a blocked ear as it shrinks the membranes, and gains access to the eustachian tubes via the connection to the nose. However, although i gain instant relief from a blocked nose from using a nasal decongestant spray, i find i get no relief at all from my blocked ears.

Would spraying nasal spray into the ear from the outside and letting it drain in (akin to using rubbing oil to remove water) allow the decongestant to far more effectively reach those inflammed membranes, or would it do damage or just nothing?

my mom wont let me use nasal spray so what can i do to be relieved. its so bad and i cant do anything and i am crying because it is so frustrating!
