The mouthpiece works great. Very reasonable price and it also comes with travel case for the mouthpiece. Well worth it.

If you are going to buy this – buy two. Reforming it made it loose and although it works (sort of) it does not stay in place very well. If you had one to do trial and error and another to form from what you have learned it might be better. And I’m a big guy – this thing only covers about 2/3’s of my teeth which is another reason it keeps coming loose during sleep. I’m going to have my dentist fit upper and lower even if it’s more expensive. With the correct fit this concept will really aid in getting good rest.

When you follow the directions and use the straw trick described elsewhere (cut short a couple of plastic straws and insert them into the opening in front, so your lips don’t seal the mouth opening when you mouth breath), this device does provide mandibular advancement . . . as long as your jaw is clenched. For those who grind or sleep with their jaw firmly closed, this will help. Unfortunately for me and many, many others, we sleep with our jaws slightly slack open, so the lower teeth slip out of the mandibular advancement mold and it just falls out in your sleep.

If you’re a jaw clencher in your sleep, this is a very cost effective way to address snoring and get a good inexpensive mandibular advancement device. If not, or if your mouth is not the right size for this, forget it. I did not return this item because it does what it advertises; it just did not work for me.

This product caused a terrible nights sleep. Do not attempt to use this product if you have an overbite. If you do, it is impossible to be comfortable with this product in your mouth. Your jaw is over extended, no matter how young or old you are. This should be listed in the product information. Secondly, if you sensitive to plastics of any kind or you experience allergic reactions, you need to be very careful. I am prone to many allergies. I am fairly certain the plastic caused a reaction that took me three days to “pass” through my system. I haven’t take allergy medication of any kind for over 25 years after being inundated from doctors with it, and I control reactions through avoiding over exposure as much as possible. Should I be exposed, I’ve learned to live with it and take it easy, plenty of liquids, etc., until is is phased out. I was literally doubled over the next day with stomach cramps. Nothing had changed in my routine except the mouth piece. This is just my experience but I would take notice should you be a person prone to allergic reactions.

A useless wast of money. Item does not work. You would be better off going to an athletic supply and buying an athletic mouthpiece, for what good it might do.
