When it arrives, it will be encased in a hard plastic package. Be very careful that you don't stab or cut yourself opening it. It took me about 20 minutes of hard work. No package should be this difficult to open. Philips/Norelco clearly did no consumer testing of their packaging. <br /> <br />Now, once you get inside, it's a great product and works well.
