For the past almost month I get these head pains only lasting a few seconds in the back of my head to back left and once in awhile on top. It seems to occur only when I move like strain and seems to be mostly at night time when I turn from side to side. I have tried nasal sprays, z-paks and still getting these.

For the past two years, I have had a stuffy nose, mainly in my left nostril, but also in my right. It’s year round, but gets worse at winter probably due to less humidity. I’ve tried Zyrtec, Claritin, and several perscription nasal sprays recomended by my primary doc, but none have helped at all. My throat often feels clogged up and I have to cough a lot or really hard to clear it.

I’m fine during the day but for months & months I’ve had a stuffy nose when it comes to bedtime.
